No worries, I ate all of the strawberries and just 1 piece of chocolate (so far. NO PROMISES.)One fairly sizable piece of this dark choco magnificence (1.75” x 1.75” x 0.2” square) boasts 63 calories, 2g saturated fat, 16g sodium, 5g sugar, 1g dietary fiber, 1g protein. It tastes too good for me not to read the nutrition label over & over again so I won’t reach for another piece. Overall, it’s not TOO unhealthy in moderation, plus it’s made of all natural ingredients. Still, the bad outweighs the good, especially if you eat the entire bar (which would be 15g of saturated fat and 37.5g of sugar, you psychopath!)Seacrest out.
