I like taking pictures of food I cook/eat. I sometimes draw, paint and craft things for people I love. I live with a man who just so happens to be the love of my life, so it's pretty convenient.

My current priorities are to be healthy, save money for a bigger home and get back to creating things.

Had a sudden yearning to get drunk a few days ago while driving to work. To be fair, I haven’t touched alcohol much for over a year. It’s a once-every-month-or-two thing now. ANYWAYS, I had informed a friend of my wish for an intoxicated night out, and he followed through with a trip to Pasadena. I got to reunite with dearies I hadn’t seen in about 2 months, which felt amazing! I had 2 fancy beers and a fancy cocktail, and that did it for me. The good thing about cutting down on your alcohol intake is that you start feeling woozy during your first beer. Great times.
…Then came my 6:45AM wake-up call. I had a grand total of 3 hours of sleep, followed by an errand in Newport, followed by going back home, followed by going back out to Anaheim, followed by a visit to Huntington Beach. I’m typically not a fan of being on the beach (and the $15 parking fee.) I’m all for hanging out on piers and eating at beach-side restaurants, but not much of the sand + ocean combo tickles my fancy. Sorry, I’m not sorry. However, my co-worker had been asking me all week to join him & others to BBQ there, and as much as my brain resisted the idea, I said yes to make him happy. Luckily for us all, they had brought a camping tent, so the dreadful sun was averted. (I also hate the sun.) So, as always, I ate like shit today: one banana, a few bites of a breakfast burrito, a cheeseburger, a naked hot dog, another hot dog in a bun, potato chips, veggies + dip, Korean BBQ short ribs & beef… I’m definitely gonna stay away from meat for the next few days. Felt so gross on the long drive home! T’was HEAVEN getting back home with the boyfriend and falling asleep immediately. That 3½-hr nap? Practically did it all with my eyes closed.

Sorry for rambling on. I think I’m just really proud of myself for going outside.
